Very very good player, who has been blasted on here by many, i didnt see sex appeal defending him at these times weird.

I think with the emergemnce of PARk Ji sung ,i fell C.Ronaldo should NO LONGER be an automatic choice.
Park is far much more productive and EFFECTIVE,he can cross,asisst goals and penetrate not just dance around the ball and waste time.
I am not saying Ronaldo is a rubbish player but he needs to learn an awful lot more and try to be more effective.Now we have Park he can really push him and it MAY be good for Ronaldo and the team alltogether because the competition will spur both of them on to PRODUCE.
Giggs on the last 2 games' evidence should be on the left win and park on the Right.That's it.

Funny only last week people said park had no end product.

No1 should be guaranteed a place, but c.ronaldo is much better than park, however i feel c.ronaldo and park should both play, why has giggs all of a sudden got 1st choice?

Have you not been watching the matches? Giggs was very good today and on Tuesday, caused the opposing full back plenty of problems - something we've not been doing enough for my liking this season.

And as for Park, he played a blinder today, but let's not get carried away. If he starts to do that week in, week out, then start shouting about him.

Giggs has to play. He is playing too good to drop. I also think Ronaldo should be on the bench as he is too inconsistent. Today we saw a glimpse of Scholes of old through Park but playing on the wing where Scholes can't play.
Park doesn't put in rash tackles either. If Scholes gets back on form with Rooney, Park and Giggs playing as they can, why wouldn't we win the league?

I would stick to Giggs and Park wide, with Fletch and Smith in the middle.

Ronaldo will probably get back to form after the new year as usual but at the moment Park and Giggs look better. And if we are going to play those wide we need to fighters in midfield, so no scholes.

I'm not knocking Ronaldo he is a great prospect, but watching United against Fulham we were so much quicker,
Ronaldo holds on to the ball and slows the pattern of the game down at times.

Against a team like Sunderland, I would play Giggs on the left and Ronaldo on the right with Park replacing either Fletcher or Smith and attacking from midfield.
I think we can afford to get away with such a formation against the likes of Sunderland.I wouldn't want to see an exciting player like Ronaldo on the bench!

Park did his stuff at PSV but not as a central midfielder?? They had Vogel, Van Bommel and Cocu as central midfielders.

I know people want to accommodate Ronaldo but he should be dropped for the time being until he improves his team play.

I don't see a problem with Park, Ronny & Giggs in the side: Ronny HAS hug the right touchline, Giggs the left. Also, if Giggs tires/is injured we have a ready-made replacement in KR (assuming O'Shea is playing L/B).
The m/f is a bit of a diamond, with Fletcher at its base and Park at its head. This finally gives us what we currently lack: a player bursting through from the centre of m/f,
drawing at least one of the C/B's and creating space for both Rooney and Ruud on the edge of the box.
I could see this formation producing lots of goals, provided Park has the strength to carry the ball from m/f, and the quality to play the right pass at the right time.

Ok, we played one game without Ronaldo and played a great 1st half but that doesnt mean we play better without him.

Yes the tempo was quick when we attacking in the 1st half but do people not remember all the games Ronaldo has had for Utd when we have won with him in the team and the contribution he made in those games.

I agree that he does sometimes hold onto the ball to long and i get frustrated with him at times just like everyone else but thats just the player he is, hes got the confidence to run at players all the time.

I think its great that Park performed so well on Saturday because theres nothing like healthy competition for places.

Not in my opinion, if you play two in midfield with two wingers you need to have them playing a more defensive role and they have to be strong,
so I don't think Park plus another would be a good partnership for centre midfield, we would also be wasting his talents.



너네들 말처럼 박을 중앙미드필더로 사용하는것은 박을 두번죽이는 일이며 그의 재능을 썩히는거나 다름없다.

For me the match against Fulham and his few fleeting appearances to date have confirmed to me that Park is a far more effective player than Ronaldo.

Ronaldo has everything to be truly great; physique, technique, two-footed and great in the air. But for me, he has no final ball, shoots at inopportune times,

slows the play down and is pretty unaware of where his team-mates are on the pitch. United are very "stop-start" when he plays.

Park on the other hand may not have the obvious attributes of Ronaldo but he's quick, brave, intelligent and a great team player. United just seem to be a better team when he plays.

Ronaldo should be a great player, Park is a great player.

Your thoughts gentlemen?



토요일날 풀햄전을 봤을때, 박의 빠르고 대단한 활약은 박이 로날도 보다 낫다는걸 확실히 보여줬지.
로날도 또한 신체조건, 테크닉, 양발사용능력이 뛰어나지. 그러나 그는 마무리가 안되있다. 슛타이밍도 구리고 게임의 템포 또한 느려진다. 맨유는 그로 인해 '멈추고 시작하는' 플레이를 하게되었지.
반면 박은 (아직은 로날도만큼의 공헌은 못했지만) 빠르고 용감하며 영리하고 또한 대단한 팀플레이어다. 맨유는 그가 뛰었을때 조금 더 낳은 플레이를 하지.
몇년뒤 로날도는 훌륭한 선수가 될수있을것이다. 그러나 박은 벌써 훌륭한 선수지.

Park is a great option for United because he gives us what ROnaldo and Giggs do not.
Workrate, energy, unselfish positional play and terrific movement. It is time to give him a run and see how good he can be for United.

Park is lively, energetic, and he can pick a pass. I think Ronaldo just needs to work on his shooting. The past two performances from Giggs have created 'problems' for United. He's playing very crafty football at the moment.
It's not a bad problem to have, because he's 32 and will have a drop of form soon, and Ronaldo looks very dangerous on the left.
